Our stay started off hopeful but ended in disappointment. The hotel has a beautiful design and some appealing features, but we encountered several issues. While the breakfast was fantastic and the pool area was clean, we faced significant problems with room cleanliness and maintenance. It's a shame, as we were really looking forward to our stay, but we might reconsider for the future.
